A quick lunchtime throw together of a few of my fav's all together in a yummy snack plate.
1 1/2 Tomatoes
1/2c Sundried tomato, soaked
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 t Salt
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
1 Green onion, diced
1/2 Tomato, diced
1t Lime juice
Puree first 5 ingredients in FP til smooth, then blend in spices.
Dice peppers, green onions and put in bowl, then add puree.
Chop remaining avo, tomato and cilantro and add.
Top with EVOO and lime juice.
5c Baby Spinach
2 Garlic cloves
1 Lemon, juiced
1t sea salt
1/3c Sundried Tomato, soaked
1/2c soak water
Sometimes, I do not add all of the soak water. It is a good consistency with less, add it slowly to your FP and get it rolling.
Black French Lentils, sprouted 3 days
I don't have a dehydrator, so often times I buy a package of sunza from terra tree, who are located in Toronto! I lovelovelove the flavors they offer. My regular outlet was out of them (the rack was ravaged!) and ended up getting Bio Sphere's Hanuman crackers.
Not even close to as good at the sunzas, but hey gotta try everything once. I won't be buying them again.
Anyway, that didn't spoil my scrumptious lunch. Hope you enjoy the recipes. The chili is to live for!!

I wanted something sweet and it was way too late at night to be fussing around in the kitchen. So, this was My 2 minute dessert.

Welcome to Goddess in the raw, a blog about My journey with mouthwatering visuals intended to tempt you into adopting a living food lifestyle. I have benefitted greatly since living high raw and feel great. Being ill for a few years made up My Mind to C.H.A.N.G.E My Living Style. Still a work in progress.
I'm roughing the numbers in after I make a dish I like, so all measurements are eyeballed. Assume all ingredients are raw and organic unless otherwise stated. I try for 100% raw. Really, sometimes I cannot find raw olives or want to add capers to a dish and occasionally, I just go out for a buffet brunch will girlfriends on a lazy Sunday. I make good decisions, but still have bites of belgian waffles with fresh cream and berries off their plates.
Comments are always appreciated and I try to be quick in responding to any questions.
Thanks for stopping by. Enjoy
